We've been fighting against the current since 1948 to bring you the finest hops and onions western Idaho has to offer. Following the example of our founder Ray Obendorf -- who started farming back in 1937 as a sophomore in high school -- we have persevered for over 70 years by walking the fields to ensure good stewardship with the land. As the third generation of our family-owned farm follows in our grandfather's footsteps our operation has grown to include over 3,000 acres of hops, 1200 acres of row crops and 800 head of cattle. Grow together with us as we continue our family tradition of hard work and respect for the land that provides our fruitful crop year after year.
We know the holidays can be a difficult time for some local families. So every Winter, we host a Holiday Fundraiser. We match the money raised at the fundraiser and donate it to local food banks and families.
Each year the fundraiser has grown in donations and attendance. In 2021, with everyone's help, we donated $25,000 back to the community. We couldn't do it without the community's involvement.
